Slack is the main entry point for the current Dev Help workflow.
The support team reports issues in #dev-help, and Greghaus uses that thread as the starting point for investigation.

#dev-help? - Has someone already investigated this?
- Is there related discussion in another channel?
- Was there a recent deploy, config change, or incident that might explain it?
Current Status
This is one of the most important parts of Greghaus today and is part of the current supported workflow.
